Meet the Manager
Hello, I am Lauren and I am really pleased to say that I am the Manager at Aspen House. I am a firm believer that making time for people and always having an open-door policy, is a key element to lifting young people’s spirit and making them feel valued. It provides a great foundation to begin supporting them to promote independence as well as encouraging their full potential . I love waking up every day to go to work because I find my job incredibly rewarding, and I love how every day is different. The best part of my job is meeting you - and I can't wait to welcome you to Aspen House!
At Aspen, we provide a caring and safe home for up to two boys, girls, or a mix of both, aged 5 to 18, who have emotional and/or behavioural difficulties (EBD). This means the children may struggle to manage their emotions or behave in ways that others find challenging, often due to difficult experiences earlier in life. They may have trouble trusting others, following routines, or engaging in activities like going to school. Our goal is to help them feel safe and supported as they learn ways to cope with their emotions and behaviours.
